Welcome to the Founding 4 Podcast, an independent women's hockey podcast co-hosted by Erica L. Ayala and Angelica Rodriguez.
The Premier Hockey Federation (originally the NWHL) was founded in 2015 with four teams. The Founding 4 Podcast was created by Mike Murphy & Erica L. Ayala ahead of the 2017-18 season. The Founding 4 Podcast features players, coaches, media members, and fans from all PHF teams. We will also have league alumni join the podcast to discuss historic moments in league history, life after retirement, and more.
